Hi, I'm Chris — and I know both sides of the city line.
I was born and raised on Chicago's North and Northwest Side and have called DuPage County home for the past 10 years — so I can price and sell a bungalow in Portage Park and a colonial in Wheaton with the same confidence. These are my communities, not lines on a map.
After a decade in the car business, I moved into real estate and investing in 2021 — flipping homes, buying rentals, and taking part in hundreds of transactions totaling $22M+ in volume. That hands-on experience is your edge: I price your home on what buyers are actually paying, then defend that number all the way to the closing table.
And off the clock? You'll usually find me on a motorcycle, on the golf course, or in the air — I'm a licensed pilot. Flying rewards focus and preparation, and that's exactly the mindset I bring to every listing I take on.
